Well, I had a great jog on the Rickenbacker Causeway bridge. I was out there for about an hour and forty-five minutes. I ran into an old friend of mine named Alice, whom I hadn't seen in about two years. It was from her that we got two of our feline children, Brady and Nicole.
Afterwards, we went to Winn Dixie to buy some water and other stuff to drink. The lines were enormous and we bailed fairly quickly, but not before I got on the scale to notice, much to my delight, that I was down to 160 lbs. Alex promptly mentioned that I needed to stop losing weight. Nonsense!
Later today, we're expecting our moms to join us for Thanksgiving dinner.
