Last night, as we have been doing every Wednesday night for approximately ten weeks now, we attended Karaoke night. It was absolutely superb. It was one of the most fun sessions yet. KJ Paul is doing an excellent job (it was his third time hosting at Café Con Leche). The night culminated in many folks not only singing but also dancing. Sadly, visibility of the lunar eclipse was extremely poor, and we gave up on watching it early on in the evening.
I would like to take this opportunity to recommend Jack Johnson's latest album, pictured at right, and in fact, all his albums. His songs do a fantastic job of blending elements from different musical genres. He has one of the most fascinating artists I have learned of in a long time.
There are some polls after the blog entries; please complete after reading blog.
