Work Mundane; Jogging Around Golf Course

Work was pretty mundane for me today.  Nothing out of the ordinary.  However, I did get to leave early because Alex is sick and they kicked him out of his job early, supposedly so he wouldn't infect anyone else.  So he picked me up at 2PM.  We went to Honey Baked Ham to pick up our Thanksgiving dinner, courtesy of a gift certificate I recently received.  We came home and I changed into workout clothes and Alex dropped me off for a roughly 2-hour jog around a golf course in Coral Gables.  I believe this is named the Granada Golf Course but I'm not sure.  Alex did not jog or walk with me because he is sick.  Alex picked me up and we came home.  He warmed up some of the turkey for me (we got several days' worth of food at Honey Baked Ham), which was delicious.  I am now killing some time online while Alex plays Assassin's Creed on his Xbox 360 Elite.

On a separate note, I must say that over the last few days I've really been enjoying David Bowie's album The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars. I've liked Bowie's music for a long time but this album has introduced me to some of his songs I had not previously heard.  Alex recently got it for me on Amazon, and it is actually the first SACD that I've ever gotten.  It's a hybrid SACD, which means that you can hear the regular audio on standard CD players and the enhanced audio on SACD-capable players, like our PS3.
